I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it will help you too. I’d been suffering with painful calf muscles for some time. It was always worse during the night. They ached so much it would wake me up and the pain would make it hard for me to go back to sleep. On top of the painful aches my calf muscles started to feel as if they were about to cramp.
